Plantasia Return and Replacement Policy

At Plantasia, we are dedicated to providing our customers with healthy and vibrant plants. We understand that occasionally, a need for returns or replacements may arise. Please review the following guidelines regarding  our return and replacement policy:

Returns and Replacements for Plants Delivered and Accepted:

Once a plant has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned for a refund.
However, if a plant is received in a damaged or unhealthy condition, we offer a replacement.
We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect their plants upon delivery and contact our customer support team immediately if there are any concerns or issues.

Handling Delicate Plants:

Some plants may experience temporary weakness or stress due to their travel in a closed box for an extended period.
We recommend not repotting the plants immediately upon arrival.
Instead, place the plants under shade for a few days and water them thrice a day to keep the soil moist.
With proper care, the plants are likely to recover and exhibit new shoots near the stem edges.

Dead or Damaged Plants:

In the unfortunate event that a plant arrives completely dead or significantly damaged, we offer a replacement.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
To request a replacement for a dead or damaged plant, customers should contact our customer support team and provide relevant details such as the order number, photographs of the plant, and a description of the issue.

Verification and Resolution:

We may request additional information or evidence, such as invoice, and photographs to verify the condition of the plant.
Once the provided information has been reviewed by our horticulturist and the claim is deemed valid, we will initiate the replacement process.
Replacement plants will be sent if the customer agrees to bear the shipping charges of the new plants.

Plant Replacement Guarantee:

We offer a plant replacement guarantee for plants that die within 15 days of delivery.
If your plant dies within this period, we will replace it with a new one.
Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement.

Cancellation Timeframe:

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase to avoid the need for cancellation.
Once an order has been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping the plants, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
Please note that once the shipping process has begun, it may not be possible to cancel the order as the plants are already in transit.

Exclusions:

Our return and replacement policy does not cover plants that have been damaged due to improper care or neglect after delivery.
Changes in plant appearance, such as slight discoloration or shedding of leaves, that occur naturally over time are not eligible for returns or replacements.
Please note that this return and replacement policy is subject to our Terms and Conditions, which provide additional information regarding the use of our website and services.
