Our Returns Policy
Returns will depend upon certain conditions and the type of product. In any case, you must notify us of your intention to return the unused products within 14 days of taking receipt of the products.
- Mulch and solids
Bulk purchased mulch and solids are non-returnable.
Bagged mulch and soils have 30 days return option. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, and in the same condition as you received it. it must also be in the original packaging.
- Annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs – they come with same day returns or exchange as we cannot guarantee the plant’s health 24 hours after they have left our lot.
- Nursery Stock (trees and shrubs) – these come with 6 months guarantee form date of purchase. If your nursery stock dies, we will issue store credit amount of 50% of purchase price. You will have to bring in the plant
- Plant Material
We have 30-day returns policy for all plant materials. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it with the original packaging.

Our Refund Policy
The buyer will receive refund after deducting original shipping cost from the purchase amount. You will have to pay the return shipping charges. Once we have received the product and after inspecting its condition, we will issue a refund if the product is in good condition. In special circumstance, where the fault has occurred at our end (wrong item sent of damaged product sent) we will issue complete refund. You must present the original receipt for refunds or else you will receive store credits.
For products that have manufacturer faults or if wrong product has been sent, we will bear the replacement cost. If the product was damaged during shipping or after your receipt, contact us immediately and we will discuss the options such as guiding you with taking up the issue with the freight company.
