Description

Kiwi botanically known as Actinidia deliciosa belongs to the family Actinidiaceae. It is a strong-growing perennial twining vine with small leaves and bright red stems and is popularly known by its shortened version as ‘kiwi’. The kiwi can grow 40 feet in length. Most kiwi plants are dioecious; that is, they bear either male or female flowers, but not both.
