Kalanchoe daigremontiana is also known as mother of thousands. It was formerly known as bryophyllum diagremontiana.like other bryophyllum varieties it gives off its offsets from the notches of the leaf.

The leaves are fleshy , green in colour with red to brownish tinge at notches.

The offsets give roots when present to the mother plant which can be removed and placed in soil.
